License Terms

These terms apply to every license purchased through RGMA Music. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms for the tier you selected.

1. Grant of License

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to synchronize, reproduce, and distribute the licensed track as part of your project, within the scope of the tier purchased. Ownership and copyright of the composition and recording remain with RGMA Music / the original artist at all times.

2. License Tiers

Individual — personal, non-commercial projects (YouTube, social media, personal portfolios) with no direct monetary gain from the content itself.
Professional — client work, branded content, monetized videos, podcasts, agencies, and commercial online use.
Premium — broadcast, TV, paid advertising campaigns, and large-scale national/international distribution. Custom terms and pricing, arranged directly — see the “Premium” option in any track’s License panel.

3. What’s Included

Each purchase includes the audio file(s) attached to that track (see the versions/durations listed on the track itself). Preview files are for evaluation only and may not be used in any final project.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the track as a standalone audio file.
You may not claim authorship or ownership of the composition or recording.
You may not register the track (or any project built around it) for content-ID or copyright claim systems in a way that blocks the original rights holder.
Broadcast, paid advertising, and large-audience commercial use require a Premium license.

5. Term & Territory

Unless otherwise stated for a Premium license, licenses are worldwide and valid for the life of the project they were purchased for.

6. Refunds

Because licenses grant immediate digital access, purchases are final and non-refundable once the license files have been delivered, except where required by law.
